1. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. For international orders, shipping charges may apply depending on the destination country and product size. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Do you deliver all over India?
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. However, delivery may not be available in certain remote or restricted locations. If we are unable to deliver to your pin code after receiving your order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our website is not enabled to process international orders or payments directly.
International customers may place orders by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Payments can be made through PayPal or bank transfer, and orders will be processed manually after payment confirmation.
Please contact us for product availability, shipping charges, and delivery timelines before placing an international order.
4. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged during transit, or if an incorrect or incomplete product is delivered, we offer a replacement subject to our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.
5. How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Are your artworks handmade?
Yes, every artwork is handcrafted and carefully created by skilled artists.

8. Do you offer custom paintings?
Yes, we accept custom artwork requests. Please contact us with your requirements.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments on our website are processed securely through the Razorpay payment gateway.
10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently accept prepaid orders only.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email or SMS.
12. How do I know once my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email (and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification, if applicable). You can also track your order status anytime by logging into your account on JayDeep Arts.
13. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please record a continuous unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photographs.
14. Will the artwork look exactly like the product photos?
Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.
15. Are the paintings ready to hang?
This depends on the product selected. Please check the product description for framing and mounting details.
16. Can I request a specific size or color combination?
Yes, many of our artworks can be customized. Contact us before placing your order.
17. How are fragile products packed?
We use secure protective packaging designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
18. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
19. Do you create artworks for homes, offices, and gifting?
Yes. We create artworks suitable for home décor, office spaces, corporate gifting, festivals, and special occasions.
20. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways and we do not store your card details.
21. How do I request a custom artwork quote?
Simply contact us with your preferred size, design idea, reference images, and delivery location, and we will provide a quotation.
22. How can I know my Bangle size?
Measure the bangle diameter with a ruler from one inner edge to the other across its middle. Please refer to the size chart below
