During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, JayDeep Arts ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping through our website at this time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Secure Packaging

All products are carefully packed using appropriate protective packaging materials to help ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number, where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@jaydeeparts.com.

Claims must be supported by a clear and continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. Please refer to our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy for complete details and eligibility requirements.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. JayDeep Arts shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
