Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At JayDeep Arts, every product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch. We are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

No Return Policy

All products sold by JayDeep Arts are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, or the handmade nature of our products.
  • Requests made after the claim period mentioned in this policy.

Damaged Product Replacement

We offer a replacement only if the product is received in a damaged condition due to transit or shipping, or if an incorrect or incomplete order is delivered.

To Be Eligible for a Replacement

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@jaydeeparts.com.
  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The unopened package with the shipping label visible.
    • The complete unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.
    • The damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product.

Claims submitted without a clear and valid unboxing video may be difficult to verify and may not be eligible for a replacement.

All claims are subject to review and verification by JayDeep Arts based on the evidence provided.

If the product is found to have been damaged during transit, or if an incorrect or incomplete order has been delivered, and the claim is approved based on the submitted evidence, JayDeep Arts will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

Customers are advised not to accept visibly tampered packages whenever possible.

Replacement Approval

Once the submitted evidence has been reviewed and approved, JayDeep Arts will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to the customer, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where JayDeep Arts requires a product to be returned for verification, replacement, or refund processing, the following conditions shall apply:

  • The product must be shipped back within 5–7 days from the date the replacement or refund request is approved. This requirement does not apply to products that are completely damaged and deemed non-returnable by JayDeep Arts.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and must not be used, altered, further damaged, or tampered with in any manner.
  • Any return shipping costs incurred for sending the product back shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by JayDeep Arts.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified by JayDeep Arts, the approved replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued only in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided; or
  • JayDeep Arts determines that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Any shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
